Goodbye to a birdy friend

I'm very sorry to report that our beloved mourning dove bird feeder visitor was found dead under our picnic table in the patio. I think he/ she was killed by the neighbor's cat. DS and I will miss you, my sweet, dear bird friend. I will miss your side-eyed gaze and cooing grace.
